Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Creating links to illegal content
• Using the Service for spam or phishing
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Attempting to harm or compromise the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ShortyLinks to:

• Create links to illegal content (child abuse, terrorism, illegal drugs, etc.)
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or scams
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content and Links

Your Content

• You retain ownership of URLs, titles, and tags you create.
• You grant us the right to store and display your shortened links.
• You are solely responsible for the content you link to.

Our Rights

• We may remove or disable links that violate these Terms.
• We may monitor links for abuse, spam, or illegal content.
• We do not pre-screen links and are not responsible for destination content.

6. Intellectual Property

The ShortyLinks service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Wise Mind Media and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Warranties that your data will never be lost

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISE MIND MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
